Refund Processing & Fee Deductions

    • Fee deductions: Cielo Fly charges a nominal cancellation fee in addition to the airline's cancellation charges. The exact amount depends on the airline, fare type, and time of cancellation. These charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

  2. Holiday Packages:

    • Refund processing time: Refunds for cancelled holiday packages will be processed within 15-21 working days from the date of cancellation request.

    • Fee deductions: Cielo Fly may deduct a cancellation fee, which varies based on the package cost, duration, and time of cancellation. Additional charges for services already rendered (e.g., hotel bookings, sightseeing, transfers) may also apply and will be deducted from the refund amount.
